Since 1971, our mission has been to process fruits that are typical of our
region, (Apple, Apricot, Pear, Peach and Plum) offering a complete range of
ingredients, suitable for many applications, from food industries to small
bakeries.
Quality, authenticity and ease of use have always been the priorities in the
creation of our products.
Our aim is therefore to deliver prime quality, 100% fruit ingredients, matching
current nutrition trends which favour healthier and “free from” foods.
In our sole production plant in Gaibanella (Ferrara) we process only Italian
fruits, the largest part coming from our region Emilia Romagna, a land of
absolute excellence for fruit growing.
Our supply chain monitoring is accurate and scrupulous: each carton is
marked with a unique barcode, which enables us to easily trace back the
production batch and identify the grower who provided us with the fresh
fruit.
All our products are preservative free, gluten free, lactose free, Vegeterian and Vegan friendly, Kosher (certificate) and Halal (compliant).
