The origins of Acetaia Cazzola and Fiorini date back to the early 1900s. The company’s goal has always been to produce authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, in line with traditional knowledge and best practices. Starting from the reserve of the Fiorini family, producers of “Traditional Balsamic Vinegar” of Modena and Emilian wines since 1919, the company has a complete “control of the supply chain” starting from the raw materials.
With I Solai di San Giorgio brand, its DOP and IGP balsamic vinegars meet the highest quality standards and reflect the strong passion and many years of experience in the sector. The range consists of Balsamic Vinegar IGP, DOP, condiments and creams based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and wine vinegar. All products are made without the use of caramel.
Another plus of the company is the constant search for innovation to keep up with the needs of the market, in fact in recent years the company has been able to create a complete Organic and Biodynamic line products and a line with food service formats: 500ml, 1lt, 5lt.
The company is IFS Higher level certified and further certifications.
